Stephanie Klein, President

Stephanie Klein is President of Experience Factor, a firm she founded in 2003. Klein is an experienced corporate recruiter and a former partner in a national recruiting firm. A graduate of Colorado State University with a Master’s degree in Management from Regis University, she heads a staff with 50 years of combined recruiting experience and business consulting expertise.

A member of the Colorado Society of Human Resource Management, Stephanie is past president of the 1,300-member Colorado Human Resource Association. She is currently the Chair for the Denver Workforce Investment Board, and a columnist for the Denver Business Journal, and a frequently sought source for trends and issues related to recruitment and staffing matters in Colorado; she and the company have been featured by 9News, CBS 4, New York Times, National Public Radio, 850KOA, Denver Post, the Denver Business Journal and ColoradoBIZ Magazine. Her firm has been one of Colorado’s Top 100 Women-Owned Businesses (featured in ColoradoBiz Magazine) since 2009.
